Fringe is renewed!!!! #Fringe

What is your favorite show on TV?

I am so elated about the renewal of Fringe. So thrilled that I felt it was worthy of a post. I find is so frustrating when they end a series without a proper ending. I realize Fringe is a complex show, and is more of a geeky sci-fi type of series, but these type of shows have their place too! See below for more information.

Let's recap on another great show that was cancelled too soon. Jericho was one of the greatest series on TV. Everyone that I have introduced to this show, have become addicted to it. Although it was cancelled after season 2, I have to give it up the the fans... We did everything we could to get that second season running, and we succeeded!

Besides Fringe, my current favorite shows are the following:

Walking Dead (my number 1 favorite)

Game of Thrones (This show is amazing, and so interesting)

Breaking Bad (It took me awhile to get into it, but once I got passed a few disturbing things, I became addicted)

Other shows that I enjoy on less deeper level are the following:

The Vampire Diaries
Revenge (I find the story-line very clever)
Ringer (I really am not a fan of BUFFY, but I do enjoy the story-line)

My favorite music reality show are the following:

The Voice (not so much for the talent, but love the judges)

The Sing-off (best talent out there. Check out Penatonix- amazing!)

Looking forward to checking out two new series:
Both are on HBO

Veep
Girls

If you have a favorite show, or want to suggest one, feel free to send me a message.

Fringe Will Return for a Fifth and Final Chapter

 ·
FOX BOOKS “FRINGE” FOR A FIFTH AND FINAL CHAPTER

13 Episodes Ordered for 2012-2013 Season

FOX has picked up FRINGE for a fifth and final 13-episode season, it was announced today by Kevin Reilly, President of Entertainment, Fox Broadcasting Company.

“FRINGE is a remarkably creative series that has set the bar as one of television’s most imaginative dramas. Bringing it back for a final 13 allows us to provide the climactic conclusion that its passionate and loyal fans deserve,” said Reilly “The amazing work the producers, writers and the incredibly talented cast and crew have delivered the last four seasons has literally been out of this world. Although the end is bittersweet, it’s going to be a very exciting final chapter.”

FRINGE co-creator and executive producer J.J. Abrams added, “We are thrilled and beyond grateful that FOX – and our fans – have made the impossible possible: FRINGE will continue into a fifth season that will allow the series to conclude in a wild and thrilling way. All of us at Bad Robot are forever indebted to our viewers and the amazingly supportive FOX network for allowing the adventures of Fringe Division to not only continue, but to resolve in a way that perfectly fits the show.”
“This pickup means the world (both of them) to us, because we love sharing these stories with our enthusiastic fans,” added FRINGE showrunners and executive producers Jeff Pinkner and J.H. Wyman. “On behalf of the cast and crew, we applaud our fans and FOX for allowing us to imagine the impossibilities together for so long. Season Five is going to be a conclusive thrill ride for all of us.”

FRINGE’s compelling fourth season concludes with three all-new FRINGE Friday episodes in a row, counting down to the two-part season finale on Friday, May 4 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT) and Friday, May 11 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT). In “Worlds Apart,” airing Friday, April 27 (9:00-10:00 PM ET/PT), team members on both sides, including Olivia (Anna Torv) and Peter (Joshua Jackson), continue to fight for a common cause, and there are shocking developments tied to the Cortexiphan children.

Created by J.J. Abrams, Alex Kurtzman and Roberto Orci, FRINGE is produced by Bad Robot Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. Abrams, Bryan Burk, Jeff Pinkner, J.H. Wyman and Joe Chappelle serve as executive producers, while Kurtzman, Orci and Akiva Goldsman are consulting producers. Additionally, Pinkner and Wyman serve as the series’ showrunners. “Like” FRINGE on Facebook at www.facebook.com/fringe. Jewish Wedding Accessories!

Finding the right wedding accessories can be tough, but finding the right kind of religious accessories sometimes can be even harder! Below is a guide to my Jewish Wedding Accessories!

Our Rabbi suggested that we use my Brother's Tallit to honor him at the wedding. He will wrap it around us during the ceremony.

For our Kiddish Cups, we will use my fiance's Bar Mitzvah cup, and the other cup is a gift from my future in-laws. This will be used during the ceremony.

Wedding Kippah also known as a Yamaka or Yarmulke.

My fiance's kippah (yamaka). In Hebrew written above the Chupah is the saying "I am my beloved and my beloved is mine"  http://mazeltops.com/wed1.htm

Wedding Glass Mezuzah with Beaded Vine

This comes with a removable stopper, and a glass tube on the front to hold shards of wedding glass. With a beaded vine decoration. Beaded Pearl Design can come in different colors. I found this one to be stylish and affordable!

Groom's glass to break. I could have went with a light bulb, but I wanted a color, and didn't want my fiance to have issues with breaking the glass.

I purchased our Kippahs also known as a Yamakas or Yarmulke's from Zion Judaica. I searched many sites, and I found them to be the most reasonable with free clips included! http://www.zionjudaica.com/

My wedding flower journey!

My Wedding Flowers

It took forever for me to find the right florist. I was close to going with a florist in Mt. Kisco, but things did not work out. The business owner was occupied with personal life issues which I am sympathetic too, but also we felt she had a bit of an attitude, and made us feel like she was doing us a favor.

I finally found the right florist (will be disclosed after the wedding) who had excellent customer service, and really understands my vision.

Our Chuppah will look similar to this one. It will have ties around each one. Roses, Snapdragons and Dendrobium Orchids

                             Maybe my future chuppah

This will be my centerpiece. Baby's Breath in tall vases wrapped in organza ribbon.

My Bridesmaids will be holding these beautiful Nosegay Bouquets. White Roses with Eucalyptus.

I will be holding a bouquet with White Peonies, and Light and Dark Pink Roses with Nosegay (Eucalyptus). I imagine they will look something like these.

Silk Ivory Peonies, Real Touch Light Pink/Blush Roses, and Silk white stephanotis with Pearl Centers Wedding Bouquets and Real Touch Calla Lily Boutonnieres

I find this arrangement to be unique! Perhaps I will have my florist do something similar. Maybe!!!

I will update my photos after my wedding takes place. Stay tuned!

My wedding invitation

It is always hard to find the right company to create your wedding invitations. I had searched many, and ended up going with Wedding Paper Divas.

I actually received 2% cash back by going to Mr. Rebates. After going to Mr. Rebates, I typed in Wedding Paper Divas, and clicked on the website through Mr. Rebates. I highly suggest you use cash back sites when you are shopping online. Another one I use often is called Ebates.com.

Anyway, we decided to go with the design below. I covered up our personal information, but you get the point. The colors of my wedding include pink, so my fiance added the sash in the middle, and Wedding Paper Divas approved our order. We had a rough start with them, but in the end I am
more than satisfied with their work, and customer service.

Be sure to confirm that you can have color changes with a manager before you get your hopes up high. That is the best advice I can give you. We have multiple reps tell us we could with some of the other designs, but in the end we couldn't. I guess it worked out because this invitation has become my favorite!

I hid the personal information on my wedding invitation, but under the pink line, it is gray again, with black font. I needed to incorporate pink, so my fiance added the pink sash, and wedding paper divas approved it.

Bridal Shower March, 17th, 2012

My sister threw me such a wonderful Bridal Shower. Take a look at some of the highlights from my shower.

Here is a photo of my sister and I. In the other photo, my friends made me wear the Bridal Hat! It was very cute!

My sister made homemade Citrus Infused Sea Salt party favors. They smelled great! You can use them as a rub for your meats. The favors came out so cute!

The food was delicious! We had salads, Swedish meatballs, grape leaves, falafel, dips, and homemade Sangria! It was delicious!

We had a lot of fun with Bridal Shower Games. The first game we played was the Toilet Paper Bride Game. Check out the fun photos below! The second game we played was Matching the TV couples to the show. The third game we played was Bridal Mad Libs. My Groom and I plan to read the answers on the plane ride to our Honeymoon Destination!!!

Check out our beautiful Toilet Paper Brides!

Check out the desert table. My sister made these amazing homemade chocolate strawberries. She decorated the table so nicely!

A friend of my sister's made this adorable apron for me! My sister had all of my guests bring their favorite recipes and she put them in this homemade cookbook.

Book of Advice. She has everyone write in some marriage advice for me.

The End!

One more thing!!! My Bridal Shower & Bachelorette Shadow Box! Memories that will last forever!

Engagement Shadow Boxes

First thing first! Put the engagement announcement in the paper. You can frame your engagement photos with the article in the background.

You can do something really cool with it too. Get a shadow box and include memorabilia. Have the box the ring came in, engagement photos, a picture of when you were engagement, the newspaper announcement, and save the date cards! You can get the Shadow Box at Michael'ss, along with the embellishments, etc...

Shadow Box

My engagement

Well. It is official. I am engaged to the love of my life and I am thrilled! My fiance had my ring created by a friend of the family, and it is one of a kind. It is so beautiful!

The Big Day is approaching, so I will be blogging all about it!
